A SUMMER PEACE CAMP at UUCR is in store for children who will be entering K-5th grades (we may expand the age range on either or both ends according to interest.)  Each session will focus on a different way that children can create peace:  Peace Within Me,Peace With My Friends, and Peace In the World.

Children will explore how to become peacemakers through a variety of fun activities including collaborative art, music and dance, cooperative games, shared reflection, yoga and meditation, and selected activities from resources such as the Southern Poverty Law Center and/or the Peace Corps.  More information and registration materials will be coming soon!  Contact Amy Warner, Kim Kehm, orPat Bjorke with questions.
