Advance planning for our end-of-life can be an important part of living. It can provide guidance for our families, loved ones, and caregivers during the difficult time leading up to our death. If documented and shared, it can help ensure that we get the care we want and avoid what we don’t want. But where do we start? The discussion “END-OF-LIFE DECISIONS” is only the beginning of the planning process. In this short time, we will answer a few simple questions and share resources to help us start making thoughtful choices now as we begin the advance planning process.
