Rev. Schmidt explains, “Unitarian Universalists sometimes shy away from language like “blessing,” but should we? We’ll talk about what it means to give a blessing, to receive one, and just what we’re talking about here. You are invited, though certainly not required, to bring a small object – or photo – that’s important to you to place next to our chalice during the service where it will be blessed during the service, after which you’ll take it back and have a blessing with you!”
Special music by Sue Matthews and Meredith Hadaway.
